Our latest DIPA takes us west again... way out to the West Coast.
Given our apparent unabashed love of crisp, clean lager of all kinds by both us and you, this pathway has led us down the dusty road straight to super clean, refreshingly crisp West Coast style DIPA.. or that’s what we think anyway.
Brewed with our base 2 Row and malted wheat, fermented with Chico, this beer is both dry and concise where others aren’t meant to be. Hopped with a classic cocktail of hand selected Amarillo, Cryo Simcoe, and other classic elder school varietals for bright sweet tangerine, pineapple, and soft spruce pine. Created as a counterpoint to our typical house yeast fermented hop forward beer with the realization that choices aren’t always a bad thing. Deliberately classic, and immensely consumable.

Pours a golden with white head. It's got the look of a decidedly West Coast IPA that is also not plagued with the crystal malts of yesteryear. Honey and orange zest on the nose. It's got some tropical notes at first, but after the first couple of sips, it's got orange syrup and piney bitter. It is a sticky WCIPA. I enjoyed this one.
