16oz can served in a nonic glass. Can dating is 05/20/20.
Look- Hazy golden orange color. Solid off-white head that recedes very slowly to a nice cap of foam, excellent lacing. Light carbonation streams visible.
Smell- Citrus (tangerine, grapefruit and lemon), under ripe pineapple, mango, peach skin, gooseberries, grainy malt, faint white pepper and grassy/floral notes.
Taste- Similar to the aroma, citrus and tropical fruit, peach and gooseberry, bready malt and floral/light white pepper like hop notes.
Feel- Medium bodied, fairly dry but really soft at the same time but hop burn comes in fairly quick. Medium carbonation on the tongue.
O- A really nice DIPA, the tongue scraping hop burn gets to be a bit much the more you drink though.
