05/04/21 canned on date stamped on bottom rim of can. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: Slightly hazy straw/gold with 2-finger frothy head with healthy bands of stout lacing.
S: Aroma with hoppy with white grapefruit, lemon, tangerine, and pine with some herbal notes in the background. Clean with no appreciable yeast esters. Malt is lightly bready.
T: Flavor is intensely hoppy with a solid malt backdrop. Maltiness is light caramel and bready, lightly toasty pale malt. Hops bring grapefruit, tangerine, lemon-lime, pine resin, and honeysuckle herbal notes. Moderately bitter with clean pine/citrus aftertaste with light caramel in the background.
M: Light-medium body with moderate carbonation and light tacky finish.
O: An exceptional American pale ale with classic flavors amped up to a contemporary intensity.

Hazy, gray-hued yellow with two-plus fingers of airy, off-white head. Modest retention gives way to clumpy lacing.
Catty, piney aroma with light candied orange behind.
Watered down piney bitterness with less citrus in the taste.
Relatively full bodied for the style with restrained carbonation.
A nice, easy-drinking, moderately piney pale ale. Delivers as advertised.

Pours a slightly hazy but somehow also thin straw color, quickly dissipating head.
Grassy hop aroma, not as aromatic as some of the other offerings.
Taste reminds me of a forest, with piney hops and grassy flavors.
Mouthfeel pops as usual for a Tc brew.
Overall a solid brew, not amazing but definitely good.

The beer pours a nice white bubbly head that dissipates quickly. The beer itself is a very good looking clear pale gold color.
The smell is a mix of grapefruit and slightly lighter pine and bitter herbal notes.
The taste is a mix of grapefruit and pine notes in equal balance. The hops are bitter and piney as well as herbal, which are the ones that come out in front while the grapefruit comes out more in the finish.
The feel is good. It has a medium body on the lighter side of things. It has a biting carbonation and finishes dry and crisp.
Overall, it's a pretty good old school pale that is definitely for those who like it bitter.

16oz can poured in to a nonic glass. Packaged on 05/21/20.
Look- Slightly hazy golden orange color. Large off-white head with excellent retention and ample lacing. Moderate carbonation streams visible.
Smell- Pithy citrus (orange, grapefruit and lemon/lime), under-ripe pineapple, goose berry, a bit of pine and other floral/grassy hop notes.
Taste- Similar to the aroma, citrus peel and pineapple, tart gooseberry, bready malts followed by lingering aggressively bitter pine and grassy/herbal hops. Decent balance.
Feel- Medium/light bodied, rather dry and crisp. Moderate carbonation on the tongue.
O- A pretty solid pale ale, worth checking out if you're in to bitter beers.
