Pours a pale golden straw, with white head, good retention. It's not hazy, but it's also more hazy than "chill haze." It's translucent but not transparent. A little bit of mango and tropical gummy candy on the nose. This is very drinkable, but not particularly full flavored. I get some Trader Joe's dried mango and some clean dry barky bitterness. It's not at all sticky. I am skeptical of changing the yeast of a beer that is intended to be something else. I would love to see what the finishing gravity was versus the regular Clever Girl. It's super dry, which I don't think serves the Mosaic and Citra very well. I like it but it does feel flawed.
