Brewed with 100% Epiphany Craft Malt, consisting of pils malt and a small portion of malted wheat. Hopped delicately in the kettle with German Saphir, lagered for weeks, and slowly carbonated without the use of a sintered stone for the utmost in fluffy meringue like head.
The result is an effortlessly consumable beverage, with subtle fruity notes and an extremely clean drinkability. We detect white grape, lemon-lime and freshly rising bread dough crust. This beer is Gluten Reduced.

The beer pours a very voluminous white head that dissipates very quickly while the beer itself is a clear pale gold that looks really nice.
The smell is good. It has a nice moderate orange and earthy hop note alongside a sweet honey malt note.
The taste is good. It has a nice balance between the orange and earthy hops and the honey malt notes. It has a nice bready finish to it.
The feel is good. It has a medium body with very light and tingly carbonation. It has a refreshing finish to it.
Overall, a pretty good and relaxing beer. It has the right balance of notes so that it isn't too challenging to the palate.
