Roughly 62% of the land in Idaho is public – 32 million acres worth of incredible landscape and outdoor experiences that are readily available to those who live and travel to what still feels like a ton of undiscovered western wilderness.

In the spirit of that state’s storied history of agriculture comes the varietal Idaho 7. Originally released from just outside of Boise back in 2015, while not necessarily new, this hop makes itself known with what we perceive to be flavors of pineapple, lemongrass, and pink grapefruit character. Fermented with our house ale strain, and a simple grist of pale and malted wheat, we let Idaho 7 take the stage solo and at 100% of all kettle and dry hopping for our latest single hop IPA.
