This iteration brings three varietals that we don’t often get to experience in our mainstay beers, let alone together. We hopped this variant with hefty doses of Sabro, Strata, and Talus.

This series of experimental beers allows us to fully embrace the idea of trialing things out and not worrying that we don’t have enough of any particular hop to continually brew it.

The magic derived from the combination of these three varietals has us noticing saturated impressions of coconut, dark berry, cool mint, and various citrus overtones. Arguably one of our more complex GD batches to date.
