Our ever experimental and rotating DIPA makes its return with a triplet of varietals we’ve looked to let commingle for some time now.
This one was hopped with hefty doses of Talus, Amarillo, and Idaho 7. As a somewhat smaller production brewery, it can be difficult to maintain some experimentation, and instead continue to focus on regularly produced beers for the sake of consistency and every other production requirement.
This series of experimental beers allows us to fully embrace the idea without the worry that that we don’t have enough of any particular hop to continually brew it, or that if it sucks, we’d have to dump it… and we can assure you, we’ve dumped them before and will do it again if necessary.
Having said all that, we notice saturated impressions of ripe pineapple, tangerine floral, sweet softer loblolly pine, grapefruit zest, and various candied citrus overtones. 8%ABV

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
