Tropical stout with Cuban cane sugar.
Probably this is the reason for the 7%, even if the body is actually very drinkable and not heavy, lightened by the wheat that is perceived in the aftertaste even at an organoleptic level.
Persistent and abundant foam: just right for a stout.
In the mouth, the toasted malts are pleasantly contaminated by a "polite" aftertaste of tropical fruit (melon, mango), before finishing dry.
Light iron tip, well disguised.
Tropical fruit remains on the palate (given by the Equinox hops used), a bitter hint on the tongue.
Definitely a particular stout, but overall I found it very pleasant.
Definitely an original and interesting product.
