With pulp of
Pineapple
Maracuja
Goiaba
Mango
Cleaner than the average of the Pontino, but still with a light veil.
Medium but evanescent foam: it disappears and dulls a veil on the surface.
All tropical fruit on the nose, especially pineapple and mango.
Medium / light body in the mouth.
Fairly flat, barely perceptible carbonation.
Triumph of tropical fruit that remains on the palate, even pinching a little.
On the tongue, as soon as the beer gets a little closer to room temperature, cereal hints are clearly perceptible (wheat or more likely oats, which is an ingredient).
Final that tries to be dry, in fact the beer is not allappante or a "fruit juice", the palate is however pervaded by the tropical scents of the fruit pulp.
One of their best versions of this Tropical Ipa, although my favorite is still the one with pineapple pulp only.
Good beer, pleasant, fresh, perhaps not too balanced (it is not possible to understand how much the hops must affect and how much the fruit. Then while on the palate there are tropical hints on the tongue, hints of cereals remain.) if a little too flat of carbonation. Pleasant to drink on different occasions / contexts / seasons.
