Pastry Stout inspired by the SNICKERS snack with peanuts, cocoa and caramel, but without lactose.
On the nose, typical sweet smell of chocolate, almond paste, slightly toasted.
Poured makes a decent creamy beige foam cap.
It's impenetrable black (no lighter reflections).
Dense and oily in the mouth, sweet but not cloying as the caramel taste is quite well hidden by the predominant taste of cocoa and peanuts. Precisely this last hint (peanuts, toasted almonds) reappears on the tongue in the finish, making the drink less heavy than I thought.
Drink lightened by oats but also slightly silky.
Predominant flavor of cocoa and peanuts, in the background caramel and light cereal notes. Well hidden alcohol. Sweet, quite heavy but not cloying.
