Welsh Cake Stout

Pours a small tan head jet black body, has the usual Welsh lack of head which is why I knocked my mark down but a handsome beer nonetheless. Smell is faint but present of burnt sugar and raisins. Taste is flour, malts faint raisins. Feel is great on this, leaves a floury, sweet taste with some fruit on the palate but doesn't linger too long and urges you to take another sip. This is a quality brew from Wales, as a Welshman I tend to be disappointed with national brews but this is good stuff.
