Sir Kay! Knight of the Round Table, noble warrior in the HoP legion of IPA’s. Sir Kay is also a pretty damn good Hazy IPA. Brewed with mass amounts of Citra and Galaxy Hops we spared no expense on this beer. Smooth, silky, and packed full of hop flavor.

Can poured into a House of Pendragon Brewing Co Willi Beecher glass
A: Pours hazy brownish golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Big time mix of citrus, tropical and stone fruit runs the show, a bit floral, slightly resinous grassy notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Juicy citrus, tangerine, pomelo, and lemon lime, tropical and stone fruit, mango, peach, apricot, passion fruit, and guava, slightly resinous, a touch floral, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: Not sure what's up with the appearance on this one, but that's pretty much its only flaw. Hard to go wrong with that hop combo. Super tasty stuff.
