Sir Galahad was known for his gallantry and purity, this beer is a fitting tribute to his name. Galahad overwhelms you with a strong citrus, grapefruit and pine aroma. The aroma follows through to the flavor thanks to the Mosaic, Equanot and Simcoe hops. The dryness of the beer along with the delicate balance of bitterness truly keeps you wanting more.

Can poured into a House of Pendragon pub glass
A: Pours golden yellow amber with a slight chill haze and a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces rather nicely.
S: Bright citrus zest, resinous pine, grassy herbal notes, a little underlying tropical and stone fruit, a touch floral, crackery biscuity malt, and a fairly dry finish.
T: Resinous pine, zesty citrus, lemon, grapefruit/pomelo, and a touch of tangerine and lime, slightly dank herbal notes, underlying tropical and stone fruit, mango, passion fruit, peach, apricot, and a hint of papaya, floral, faint bubble gum, ever so slightly toasty crackery biscuity malt, and just a touch of sweetness on an otherwise dry finish.
M: A touch on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation, crisp and refreshing.
O: Moving past this being an IPL, not a "Cold IPA", boy howdy does it ever hit nice on a hot summer day. It's bright with a nice assertive bitterness, though not overwhelming, and built out with some nice depth. I might lighten up the malt just a touch, but that's about it. Damn good on its own, and it absolutely nails what I want for the style.
