HoP-Coco Mexican hot chocolate stout. HoP-Coco is dessert stout that was boiled for 20 straight hours! Yes I said 20, this extended boil time gives the beer a fuller richness. We then used our new flavor enhancing unit “Artoo” and packed him full of cocoa and vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, chili peppers. The stout was recirculated through Artoo for 4 days until we reached the right amount of flavor.
