De Hipercor. En copa Mahou Barrica. Estudiando.

Aroma afrutado y a cereales. En boca destaca lo cítrico.

330ml bottle – from II L´Hospitalet Artisan Fair 2014-. Wine glass. Herbs, bread, tropical fruit, caraway & cumin notes as cap is removed. Orangish amber color, veiled appearance. Off-white froth, close crown. Sugary & mild toasted, bread crust, brioche, crystal & caramel malt aromas. Raisins & fruit at first sip followed by increasing bitterness. Medium body. Moderate to medium-high carbonation. Dense texture. Ripe & tropical fruit flavors, bready notes in the middle could be overwhelmed by sharp piney bitterness but solid backbone & texture keep hops under control. Dry bitter/slight sweet finish. Crispy aftertaste shows resins & piney hints.
