330ml bottle from VFC´13 (Barcelona). Stange glass. Pale straw color, chill haze appearance. White froth showing fairly good retention leaves a thin & lasting layer on top. Malty & fresh bread aromas, slight floral & underlying lima zest notes to the nose. Crispy & slight sweet upfront followed by dried sensation. Light to medium body. Moderate carbonation. Dense texture. Hints of bread crust & estery touches in the middle. Ligth bitterness & soft astringency linger into a long dried finish. Very easy drinkable & clean flavor beer!!. A forgotten Style -outside of Köln- well resolved by this young brewery.
