473 ml can from this new brewery. Canned August 29, 2016 and sampled October 23. Review from notes taken on October 23.
Appearance - most amber coloured with some honey brown hues. Brilliant clarity and capped with and average-ish head.
Smell - loads of caramel, caramel corn with and earthy harvest thing going on in the back ground. I can almost smell damp leaves and pumpkin in there with a fresh fall breeze.
Taste- like the nose with some squash and earthy bitterness blended in to dial back the sweetness.
Mouthfeel - light body and carbonation.
Overall - a well made and relatively unique fall beer. Certainly worthy of a sample.
