A beer with an identity crisis. Stuck somewhere between a London Porter and a Belgian Dark Ale, Reve de Londres possesses a dark, complex malt centric body with spicy, fruity, Belgian Abbey yeast notes. Dedicated to all those brewers who dream of one day brewing in the Old World.

Spinnakers Brewpub 'Reve De Londres' @ 6.0% , a Belgian Porter served from a couple of 650 ml bottles purchased for $5 each
A-pour is light brown/redish from the bottle to a dark brown in the glass with a small beige head leaving a streaky lace along the pint
S-fruity , spicey , Belgian abbey yeast
T-more Belgian Dark Ale than a Porter , hints of dark malts
MF-ok/good carbonation , medium body
Ov-not sure I can recommend this beer , it was a couple and done for me
