A farmhouse-style saison bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces bruxellensis. Featuring a bouquet of Cascadia region hops with hints of funky pineapple and citrus fruits balanced with Rye and Pilsner malts. Bottle conditioning provides a very distinctive effervescence with a clean, dry finish.
