Dry Hopped Sour Saison is the latest in the Brewers Reserve series of limited edition beers & our first dry hopped sour saison in the bottle. A dry saison fermented with a French yeast strain, aged for nine months in French oak barrels and finally, dry hopped with Topaz hops.

Poured like ginger ale. Quick fizzy bubbles that had barely any residual head.
Faint citrus fruit with oak in the aroma. Simple taste profile. Dry mild sour with a clean finish. Really wish this would have showed a bit of dimension.

Pours a decent head, but quickly disipates.
Subtle aroma of a sour saison with some tropical notes.
While not too sour, it does overwhelm you he other pleasant flavours. I'd prefer the sourness dialled back to to tart saison.
