A collaborative brew brought to you by the brewers from : Driftwood , Canoe , Lighthouse , Longwood , TWA Dogs , Phillips , Riot , Category 12 and Spinnakers also with the support of the Island Chefs Collaborative . A delicately balanced , mellow IPA with an emphasis on hop character over bitterness . A combination of base malts , donated by local Vancouver Island Breweries give fullness to support a generous dry hopping of Azacca and El Dorado hops.
