Based on a 20th anniversary brew, this one has cascade & tettnanger hops. An eclectic/worldly brew that really works!
A: Amber brown with a tan head, good retention, great lacing.
S: Nut bread with a light hop spicing and slight fruityness.
T: Very bready, roasted nut, slight dark fruit sweetness, light spicing with a hint of grapefruit rind. Modest bitterness, very nice.
M: Extremely smooth & creamy, modest carbonation.
D: Quite drinkable.
I really enjoyed this, and went back for another glass while staying at their guest house.
