This Crispy kettle Sour was aged in rum barrels for three months. Fruity with delicate characteristics of mango and pineapple. Bottle conditioned for a pleasant effervescent finish.

A-pour is a light gold from the bottle to a hazy gold in the glass with a small white head , dissipating leaving a minimal lace ring along the tulip , last pour cloudy yellow gold
S-Barrel aging (3 months in Rum barrels)
T-tart & refreshing , acidic , thirst quenching , 3 months in Rum barrels noticeable on the swallow
MF-mild carbonation , big medium body
Ov-bit of a rough swallow , ok sour/wild beer
