Aged in red wine barrels for 18 months, with 6 months resting on a blend of rhubarb juice and strawberries resulting in a wild strawberry aroma, soft tannins, a juicy refreshing tartness, with a delicate sparking bottle conditioned finish.

A-pour is gold from the bottle to a hazy gold in the glass with a small off-white head , dissipating leaving a minimal lace ring along the tulip
S-Barrel aging (18 months in red wine barrels) , rhubarb in the background
T-sweet & refreshing wild ale , blended with rhubarb juice & strawberries , with a tart strawberry swallow
