Nice Kölsch-inspired brew from Spinnakers. Very light golden colour with a small, but dense snow white head.
Light, crisp Saaz scent with some spiceness and a light fruitiness to it.
Biscuity malts with a slightly spicy, bitter hop character. Very light taste, with a nice creaminess to it. I think this could be a bit stronger - it seems very delicate, and I think foods with a strong flavour would destroy this.
Good, creamy body with a bit of a kick to it. A gread sipper, either before or after dinner.
