Light clear pale yellow. Smells of candy sugar and straw. Tastes similar with candy, straw but followed up with a tangy lime flavor. Not terribly happy with the sweetness as it is borderline cloying.

650 mL bottle received for my birthday from my sister (thanks Jackie & Tony) who visited the brewpub. Poured into a nonic at ~4C after a bike ride no less!
A: Straw yellow and crystal clear with a nice white head that drops to a cap that laces the whole way through No way to fault the beer here.
S: The aroma has some spicy hop in there with malt being the driving force, though muted. Get some wheat and either Munich, Vienna or biscuit malt delivering most of the aroma. Nice for what it is.
T: Nice malt driven beer. Some sweetness, though mainly a nutty perception of the beer lingers on the palate with a hint of cooked corn.
M: No way you could ever have guessed this was a low ABV beer. Well carbonated and a lightly viscous finish.
O: I wish more Canadian breweries would do something like this. Low ABV beers that aren't complete crap. It is a solid beer for what it is, especially after I learned the ABV. MORE SESSION BEERS WITH FLAVOUR!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
