A Biere Blanche, French Pale Ale
Medium level of white head. Nearly clear, medium orange color, with an amber tint. Smells somewhat like a hefeweizen, with a slight clove/allspice tinge on top of a bright, light toast malt base. Nice and bright subtle.clove/mace flavor and medium toast caramelized malt note.
