A Belgian style, brett pale ale.
Brett is an abbreviation of Brettanomyces, which is a genus of brewer's yeast.
Sustaining, medium light amount of white head. Nearly clear, medium light orange and amber appearance. A slightly allspice/clove tinged, off-dry, aroma, with a bit of a juicy fruit gum note. Fairly smooth and balanced, medium light toasted and caramelized malt and a slightly bright fruit and spice flavor, finishing with some of the juicy fruit gum and malt, with a little crisp edge to it.
