Billed as Bavarian. Cloudy yellow with a thin white head that hung around for a short time, but definitely stuck to the glass. Banana in the nose with floral and spice notes that strengthened when warmed. Malt is present but thins quickly. Bitterness is low but tasty. Clove presents itself slightly as it gets warmer. While it is drinkable for me it's not worth drinking a lot of it. I like my Hefes to be stonger in clover. Also, this is a 50% wheat, 50% lager malt bill. I prefer a much stronger wheat presence.

All around a real decent heffe, lots of banana and not enough of the spice in my personal opinion so that is why the smell drops a bit. But the taste itself was very good and the drinkability was amazing. Mouthfeel was right on par with the style and appearance was above average.
