Sampled 12/30/2010 at the brewpub.
Pours hazy dark orange with some rocky white head, decent retention, and decent lacing.
Aroma is smoke, pilsner malt, light hops, and apple.
Flavor is both apple wood smoke and green apple along with a mildly hoppy pilsner base. Low bitterness and a strange nitrogen smoothness/lack of CO2 flavor even though the beer appears to be on CO2.
Body is light/medium, just about right. Quite drinkable.
