Sampled 12/30/2010 at the brewpub.
Pours mostly clear dark brown with some rocky white head, decent retention, and good lacing.
Aroma is bread, pine, grapefruit, and toffee with a very strange cigarette butt aroma that brings the score down a bit.
Flavor is a medly of weed, bread, toffee, something burnt, bitterness, citrus, and malt. Really very nice. The odd combination of marijuana and generic burnt/carbon qualities must be where the cigarette butt in the nose came from.
Body is light/medium, just about right. Quite drinkable.
