Poured from a 473ml can.
An ok Hazy IPA, on the mild side for sure but very drinkable.

Hazy pale straw color. Poured a medium head that dropped down to a thick skiff after a minute. Bubbles on the side of the glass. High flow of small bubbles from the bottom of the glass. Left small spots of lacing.
Light barnyard smell overlaying a dry grass or straw smell. Faint ground black pepper. Faint floral and citrus fruit scents. Just a hint of pale malt. Swirling the glass kicked up a sharper barnyard with a hint of fresh tar or asphalt that quickly faded away.
Light tart with light, fresh citrus flavors. Medium barnyard flavor that was blended with medium bitters. The aftertaste is a quick blast of citrus, tending towards lime zest. Fades out with lighter bitters, mild barnyard, and a very light malt. The lime zest keeps going to the very end.
Mild tongue tingling. Quickly turns into a large bubbled foam. A bit astringent, leaving a bit of a gummy feeling.
I'm getting tired of the barnyard showing up in too many places again. It was particularly bad about 3 summers ago when everything local had it. Why has it become the rage again? I cannot drink some of the Steamworks collection because the barnyard is excessive. This beer is milder than many, but I think it should be dropped down to about 5% of this level in order to provide a counterpart to the other flavors.
