Empress NW DIPA is our love letter to the Northern California Double IPA. It's built on a deceptively simple base of pale malts and loaded with the most dank and citrusy west coast hops we could find. Alcohol content: 9%. IBUS: 101. Punches pulled: 0.

Poured from a 473ml can. 101 IBU's.
MALTS: PILSNER, 2-ROW, WHEAT, DEXTRAPILS
HOPS: STRATA, IDAHO 7, CITRA, COLUMBUS, CASCADE
Pretty sure this is a Steamworks take on Pliny the Elder.
Pours a pale gold with a thick white head, the nose is dank hops.
Taste is o the mild side, more of a West Coast style, nice and smooth.
Medium body, overall a nice double.
