On tap at 57 Degrees in San Diego. Sweet and spicy. Candy taste but jazzed up witht he hoppy fruit. Pear skins and fermenting pineapple.
A sharp mouthful with a big yeasty tang. The Belgian drying sensation is just right here, as the sweet sugar turns to a zingy tart fruity flavor. Dos Desperados seems to be getting it right.
