Visited with a friend on a weekday afternoon. Huge space, not very charming but better than a production brewery with a slapdash bar. Selection is wide: victory does a good job brewing across a bunch of styles. Quality is top-notch as you’d expect in a legendary brewery. Didn’t eat. Happy that I finally got to visit the one of the first craft breweries I fell in love with

Bustling taproom next to the production brewery, parking iffy. Loud and noisy, but classic long bar is a nice touch. Variety of pour sizes to choose from.

Top shelf brewpub that matches decent restaraunt with brewpub without losing brewpub purpose feel. Good selection of beers dome a bit off mainstream...merchandise is more limited than in past. This is rating for Downingtown, Parkside location is decent too if in that area.

Golden monkey is good if you're trying to get straight to the point not like modelo or corona where you have to drink a lot it gets you drunk right away

I visited this location many times. What a great flagship brewery and the relatively recent renovations added more space to drink their awesome beer. This brewery was a mainstay early on in my local area and it's great to see that Victory is thriving with the additional locations. Prima Pils and Headwaters Pale Ale are two of my favorites. They are serious about making beer and the quality is always good. This is a required stop on anyone's PA brewery bucket list- just like the Brew Dogs!

Great beer for Belgian yeast lover that wants to tear through a few on a Friday night. 6er is good for a borderline black out. Hoppy and smooth.

Went to the brewery for dinner with my whole family and some friends and they seated all 11 of us quickly, didn't pressure anyone and provided real nice service. The place is huge and kid friendly, so it worked out perfectly since we were down there for a lacrosse tournament. The place is huge and the staff was very friendly.
I got the pretzel for an app which came with mustard and a tasty cheese sauce for dipping, and followed that up with the reuben sandwich which was nice and greasy on the toasted marble rye. All kids and adults enjoyed their meals.
The beer selection on draft has most of their portfolio and almost every style imaginable pouring. I will definitely go back and visit, all in all it was a good time. Bonus was hitting the retail store and getting a mix of bottles and bombers to go.

Just adding to the noise as well as remembering my roots since I grew up semi-close to the area. The Downingtown pub is always clean and always has great service. I’ve been there with a 20 person party and had very good quick service. The selection is well, its their brews, don’t go in there and ask for BMC stuff and as far as I remember, they don’t have guest taps. The food is pretty good, probably one of the better brewpubs on the market. The value, well, its Southeastern PA and a better part of the nation to get good beer at a fairly decent price.
Overall, if I lived in Southeastern PA, I would be here almost/probably every weekend.

great food and fun vibe at this local brewery. went to high school a few minutes away and loved getting food there with my family. large selection of beers with a few nitros at all time. sell all beers in the brewery store with a nice selection of t-shirts and other merchandise. run limited release beers every little while only available at the brewery which are definitely worth attending. if your nearby this is one place i would recommend visiting if your a fan of good beers and good food.

i was so stoked to finally get to check this place out. hop devil is one of the beers that got me into craft in the first place way back when, and this felt like somewhat of a pilgrimage to go to the original victory brewery. the place is huge inside, despite not being much of a looker from the outside, its enormous. they have a big dining room right when you walk in with a very long bar and bar area in the back, made to feel cozy with dark wood and copper accents around the place, and it was absolutely packed. we got a table right away though, and recognized almost all the beers on the list. i was a little disappointed to not see more tap room only or one off beers, but we found a few. of course every beer we had here was great, its victory after all, but i was really pleased with the doppelbock, which i had not had before. the place was swarming with kids, maybe a little too family friendly, but they have an arcade area in the back for them, so that helps a little bit. service was good, especially for how busy they were, and the food was pretty solid. i had a nice mac and cheese, but it was served less than fully hot, which is of course a turn off, but it tasted great. i like a bustling veer hall vibe, a tall glass off quality brew, and feeling like i am part of something cool, and thats exactly what you get in here. i know they have several spots now and have moved a decent amount of the brewing out of here, but it was a wonderful experience to check out where it all began. really enjoyed our brief time in here!
