This is a Belgian style ale with bold flavor and moderate bitterness. Yeast flavors include banana.
Tall, sudsy white head.

Pours a clear pale yellow with medium head resolving to persistent lacing.
Smell is pretty faint. Just a bit of sweet malt and floral notes.
Taste is slightly sweet and grassy. A bit of citrus at the end.

Had on tap. Cloudy golden body with a finger of white foam. Smell and taste are the same, big yeast that is almost belgian like with how estery and fruity it is: banana, pear and lemon abide, malts support. However the nose is so faint in comparison to the taste. Lighter and slightly watery beyond the yeast, feel caught between styles
