Taste: The initial flavors are very flowery like with moderate sourness. There are elements of citrus and melon. There is a bit of sweetness that lingers with the sourness.
Feel: It has a light body with moderate sourness.
Overall, and interesting beer with many flowery flavors that mostly dominated the aromas and flavors in the balance.

A: Pours a relatively clear medium golden yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate pale yellow + amber colored highlights. The beer has a four finger tall dense fizzy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of medium thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of tart lacto lemon citrus + slightly sour wheat malts + pale malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. There are moderate aromas of ginger + cayenne along with light aromas of tea/kombucha + turmeric. Hints of herbal hops.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of slightly sour wheat + pale + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of tart lacto lemon citrus. Next there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of ginger + cayenne along with light flavors of tea/kombucha + turmeric. Finally there is a light amount of herbal hops but no perceptible bitterness. There is a light to moderate lingering cayenne heat and lacto tartness.
M: Slightly heavier than light bodied with heavy amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp with moderate to heavy amounts of acidic prickliness.
O: Drinks pretty easily with the lighter mouthfeel, lower ABV, and lighter tartness. Somewhat enjoyable and I like the ginger presence but it was a little too much cayenne with the tartness to be regular drinker.
