12oz bottle, poured into a footed pilsner glass. The aroma is stoney / mineral-like with a spiciness to it and a light pear note that strengthens late. The hue of the beer is yellow with a light haze and persistent effervescence , and it's topped by a white, fluffy foam head that only has a light retain and lace. The beer is a medium bitter and sweet. It's oily with a light foam carbonation and a medium light body flavored with bread, rocks, spice, bitter citrus, and a light pear. It finishes crisp and spicy with minerals and is lightly dry. The aftertaste is moderately strong, but short with minerals and bitter citrus with spice and a hint of pear.
