Poured from a 16-oz pint can, slightly cloudy dark-gold with a half-finger of frothy head that sticks around for ages. First thing that strikes me is a blast of apple cider on the nose while pouring. Some musty notes and spice on a follow-up sniff. Sharp flavor, bit of a solvent taste that pushes to the background more complex flavors of peach, banana, calvados and clove.

13oz draft served in a tulip glass shows a clear yellow-gold body, supports little but a whispy island of bubbles and an edge-hugging ring that leaves artistic lacing.
Aroma is banana and funk, and the flavor only adds booze.
Mouthfeel is crisp and bubbly with no real finish, past the tongue it just disappears, which is fine.
Overall it is ok.

Tasted in a 12 oz snifter from draught at Firkin on February 26, 2016. Look is hazy orange gold with a thin head and spotty lacing. Smell is bread, grain and Belgian yeast.
