Murky opaque reddish brown. Ample head of creamy tan foam.
Dark cherries and cherry pits in the aroma, light musty funk.
Tart cherry, cinnamon, almond, cherry pits, cherry pie with a flaky toasted crust.
Medium bodied and smooth, puckering tartness with a dry finish.
Overall this was really nice stuff, looking forward to more BA stuff from Pollyanna.
