750 ml bottle into a tulip glass. Had 5/22/17.
Pours golden, lightly hazy, with a one and a half inch foamy head and creamy lacing. Active carbonation. Smells of white grapes, some brett, yeast, some cardamom, light spices, a little black pepper in the head. Has a bit of a wine-like aroma. The taste is a little more yeasty than the nose, brett, cardamom, white grapes, light malt and wine, some lemon. Some sourness and tartness, a sweet note in the middle. Smooth, well carbonated, a good body for the style.
Enjoyable and well made, with a very good flavor. Wish the flavor could have been more intense, it seemed a bit faded. The cardamom has a solid presence, but seemed stronger on tap.

Really unique - spicy, funky, effervescent, and balanced. Big ups on making that cardamom work - that took some big ol' droopy balls and a delicate touch.
