Alluringly tart and fruity, this sour wheat beer is loaded with Cranberry and Sweet Orange Peel enhancing its already magnetic seductiveness. Enchantingly light in body and effervescent, we sour this German-style Berliner Weisse with lactobacillus in the kettle before adding mounds of our favorite boggy fruit and sweet orange peel. Refreshing and easy drinking, this beer is perfect for ignoring the in-laws during the holidays.

Another enjoyable installment of the Allure series, especially, yet again, on a hot day. There is not a lot of nuance here, but plenty of flavor. Smell is full of cranberry, yeast, and slight orange peel. Taste is similar, but yeast falls back a bit, giving way to a more vanilla orange in the finish. This beer knows what it is, and is confident in its flavoring. Good for gateway drinkers if they don't mind a little tartness on the finish
