Sampled in a taster glass from draught at Firkin on July 16, 2019. Alluringly tart and fruity, this sour wheat beer is loaded with cherries and lime. Light in body and effervescent. Soured with lactobacillus in the kettle before adding mounds of limes and stone fruits. Refreshing and easy drinking.

On tap. Poured out a slightly, cloudy golden color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of cherry, lime and wheat. Sweet and tart with cherry and lime.

16oz draft presented in a snifter shows a clear rose color with a consistent thin cap of off-white colored tiny bubbles leaving a foaming lacing that falls back to the cap.
Aroma is lime zest, citrus, cherry and an over arching, without being overpowering, sourness.
Flavors match in a tart dance.
Mouthfeel is crisp, clean and drying.
Overall a very nice pallette cleanser.
