22oz bottle, picked up from the Roselle, IL location by my friend, Ken - thanks for sharing!
Cola colored ale with some ruby hues when held to light; foamy tan head. Boozy aroma with bourbon, brown sugar, burnt caramel, plum & cherry/dark fruit, and tart Brett. Fruity, tart, and boozy in flavor with notes of tart Brettanomyces, bourbon, cherry, plum, caramel, brown sugar, faint chocolate. Fuller body, modest carbonation, tart initially and through the finish. Overall, flavors meld really well with this one, often reminiscent of a chocolate covered cherry...only more tart than sweet.
