Collaboration base double oaeal stout aged in Jack Daniels whiskey barrels without added flavors for the BA variant served on nitro.
Look is a dark, opaque, mahogany brown allowing no light and boasts a persistent 1in nitro flowing cascade of cocoa brown tight bubbles and leaves sheets of lacing.
Aroma is whiskey forward, classic Jack almost banana and dust with a roast malt right behind.
Flavors of Jack are more subdued, but clearly up front, and followed by the roast malt.
Mouthfeel is silky smooth and creamy just like an oatmeal on nitro should be and a clean, almost drying finish.
Overall, not my favorite whiskey, but it sure soaks it up.
