16oz draft pour doesn't look pretty. Pollyanna rested their Fruhauf in Four Roses Bourbon barrels.
A slightly cloudy, dark amber colored headless body leaving spotty lacing.
Aroma is oak dominant with bread and booze.
Flavor is much bigger than 5.4% with bourbon notes of toasted oak, vanilla, brown sugar, with the roasted malts and bread.
Mouthfeel is a clean medium.
Overall a really nice use of bourbon barrels.
