500ml bottle poured into a snifter shows a copper-tinged Rose colored cloudy body and almost supports a 1/8in cap of larger explosive white-clear bubbles leaving nothing but quick legs back to the body.
Aromas of pomegranate and funk have a slight booze backing and the flavor matches. A tart, just barely sour, fruit with a hint of oak.
Mouthfeel is light, crisp, and drying.
Overall a nice light, fruity elixir which matches up well with lots of rich foods from pork and beef to saucy pastas and even greens like brussel sprouts and ceaear salad.
