Out Of The Black, Into The Light With Vanilla

Had on tap. Dark ruby with a ring of dark white foam. Smell has a tremendous amount of blackberry, with vanilla, clove, banana, and wheat accenting. Taste is pretty much as it smells, will say the vanilla bonded well with the berry, then contrasts well with the wheat and traditional flavors. Feel is smooth, wheaty, and thicker for the hefe style. Perhaps a little gimmicky, but I really enjoyed the new world take that honors the old world.
