Had on tap. A collab with the bien troucha restaurant group. Basically a witbier with ingredients from a popular mexican cocktail. Somewhat cloudy golden body with a white ring. Lime, cucumber, chili pepper, wheat and citrus fill the nose and taste, with the balance leaning toward the cocktail ingredient adjuncts. Feel is the issue, not a traditional witbier by any means, but the wheat dollop is missing and the yeast is very light.
